He walks through the empty apartment in awe, taking in the details. The bedroom is spacious, the bath is luxurious, and he realizes he's definitely going to have to make a list of furniture. There's no way he's bringing the beat to shit furniture from his other apartment, the only things he wants to keep are the appliances Mathias got him. He pulls the dragon into a hug when he comes back to the main area, burying his face against his neck as best he can. "Thank you."

They appear in the apartment loft above the bakery in a swirl of light. He gives Leis's waist a squeeze and then removes his arm to adjust his coat. "Here we are, your new apartment above the bakery. A clean slate, ready for you to change into whatever you like."

This would definitely take some getting used to. He thanks the installers as they leave, and he flops onto his couch with a sigh, running a hand over his face. "That was not what I was anticipating on my day off..." He'll look over the manuals later, once he's had some time to process the fact that he's now got industrial grade kitchen equipment.

An hour passes and they are finally finished. The kitchen is now spotless with a stunning new set of appliances that have far more dials and settings than any average person might need. There are several user manuals laid out on the counter and a new set of high end bakeware. A single black card with prismatic ink reads: "For you. –M"

Of course Mathias had already spoken with building management- "Ah, thank you." Gods, what's next, the dragon replacing all his furniture? He wouldn't put it past him, considering he's already spent an absurd amount of money on industrial grade appliances for fuck's sake. Not that he doesn't appreciate the upgrade, but he's a little shell shocked at the moment.

She nods. "It seems Mr. Elemmire has already spoken with the building owner and they indicated that they have a storage area in the basement. We will secure them there."

"Well, uh...I'm renting, so...can we put them in storage somewhere?" He'd like to get his security deposit back when he does inevitably move elsewhere.

They nod, already moving the other appliances out of the way and out into the hall. "What did you want us to do with your old appliances. We were specifically told to ask and do what ever you wanted with them."

He blinks at that. "*Oh*." He quickly signs the form, then moves out of the way to hold the door open. "Um...are you guys going to install them as well while you're here?"

"It's an industrial kitchen set. From..." she flips through her paperwork "a Mr. Mathias Elemmire." She steps back and motions down the hall and two people with several appliances stacked and ready to install start moving down the hall toward her.

His confusion grows even further. "I haven't ordered anything recently...what's this a delivery of?" He's looking over the form with no small amount of confusion, trying to figure out what it is that he's being asked to sign for.

"Well met, saer. I have a delivery for a....Mr. Everwood," she reads off the clipboard. "Please sign here," she shows the clipboard to him and points at the signature line with a pen.

He frowns, a bit confused. He hasn't ordered anything food wise, nor has he got anything coming in the post...does one of the neighbors need to bum a cup of sugar again? He heads over to the door and gets even more confused while looking through the peephole, the confusion mirrored on his facial expression as he opens the door to address the Fist. "Uh...can I help you?"

The apartment is a rather modest size, though it's obvious from the general state of the furniture that most of his income is going towards his rent and utilities. Everything that wasn't already in place in the apartment when he moved in looks rather worn, showing the telltale signs of having been in use for the last twenty years at least. A very stark contrast to the slightly more current refrigerator and stove in the kitchen.
